With its accession to the United Nations Convention the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the "New York Convention"), Palau becomes the 163rd State Party to the Convention. The Convention will enter into force for Palau on 29 June 2020. (view press release)

CLOUT Issue 201 has been published, containing abstracts of 13 cases on the New York Convention. For the first time, cases from Azerbaijan and Cyprus are reported in CLOUT. Many thanks to Stacie I.
