La réunion sera précédée d’une journée de formation organisée le 25 septembre 2019 à l’initiative du Gouvernement de Guinée et de l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) (programme disponible ici).

The inaugural UNCITRAL RCAP Incheon Law & Business Forum, supported by the Ministry of Justice and Incheon Metropolitan City, will be held on 18 September 2019 in Incheon with the theme “Challenges of Doing Business in the Digital Economy In Asia and the Pacific”. The Forum comprises 2 panels on “New Frontiers in the Digital Economy” and “The Changing Legal Landscape”, as well as a roundtable discussion on legal instruments or innovations needed to facilitate international business in the digital economy.

The Signing Ceremony for the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (“Singapore Convention on Mediation”) will be held on 7 August 2019 in Singapore. Co-organized by UNCITRAL and the Singapore Ministry of Law, this globally significant event will open with formal addresses by Singapore Prime Minister Mr. Lee Hsien Loong and United Nations Assistant Secretary-General for Legal Affairs
联合国关于调解所产生的国际和解协议公约》，又名《新加坡调解公约》，将在年八月七号在新加坡举行。这个具有全球意义的仪式由联合国国际贸易法委员会与新加坡律政部联合主办。新加坡总理李显龙和联合国法律事务助理秘书长斯蒂芬·马特先生致开幕词。开幕式后会举行演讲与分会，主题将包括公约的谈判与国际纠纷解决的未来和法制。

The 3rd Asia Pacific Mediation Conference: “Singapore Mediation Convention: Strategies of China, Japan, Korea and Russia” will be held on Friday, 2nd August 2019 at Trade Tower in Seoul, Republic of Korea. UNCITRAL Secretary Anna Joubin-Bret will deliver a Key Note speech during the Welcoming Session, and head of the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RCAP) Athita Komindr will be speaking in Session 1: Understanding of the Singapore Mediation Convention.
