The UNCITRAL Secretariat and the ISDS Academic Forum held a follow-up webinar on the topic of a multilateral instrument on ISDS reform on the 14 May 2020. The event focused on the possible architecture of a multilateral instrument that would provide the framework for the implementation of various reform options.
