UNCITRAL is glad to support the organization of the Symposium on “The Settlement of Investment Disputes by Arbitration and Mediation within the OHADA Area”, in partnership with APAA, OHADA, ALSF and the French Cooperation, to be held in Douala (Cameroon) on 16-17 January 2020. UNCITRAL Secretary, Ms. Anna Joubin Bret, will speak about the Singapore Convention on Mediation and the current status of Working Group III (Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform) and Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation / Dispute Settlement).
