Saudi Arabia enacts legislation implementing UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency

With the issuance of the Rules of Cross-Border Bankruptcy Proceedings on 16 December 2022, Saudi Arabia becomes the 56th State to have enacted legislation based on the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency (MLCBI). Read the press release here.

Uruguay ratifies the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation
