Conference dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Enterprise Group Insolvency

UNCITRAL, the International Insolvency Institute (III) and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) hosted a panel on 14 May 2024 to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Enterprise Group Insolvency.
