From 24 to 26 of May 2022, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) and the Organisation for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) hosted an international meeting on investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) reform in Africa.
