Forum on Dispute Prevention in Investor-State Dispute Settlement (7 July 2023)
The UNCITRAL Secretariat organized a side event during the 56th Commission session jointly with the World Bank Group titled “Forum on Dispute Prevention in Investor State Dispute Resolution”. This event provided an opportunity for delegates and experts to exchange information and share best practices with regard to dispute prevention in ISDS based on preparatory work by the UNCITRAL Secretariat and the World Bank Group.
