Third Advisory Centre operationalization meeting in Paris, France

The third meeting on the operationalization of the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution ("AC-OP Meeting") will take place in Paris, France from 1 to 3 December 2025.
The AC-OP Meeting is an informal forum to discuss operationalization issues pertaining to the establishment of the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution.
At its fifty-eighth session held in Vienna in July 2025 (A/80/17, paras. 188-211), the Commission agreed that it would aim to finalize the Statute at its next session in 2026 and present it to the General Assembly. The third AC-OP meeting, hosted by the Government of France with the support of the secretariat of the Commission, will provide a forum to discuss operationalization issues pertaining to the establishment of the Advisory Centre in a comprehensive manner to achieve that goal.
