Turkmenistan accedes to the New York Convention and the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods

Turkmenistan has acceded to both the  Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the "New York Convention") and the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (the "CISG"). Turkmenistan becomes the 170th State Party to the New York Convention and the 95th State Party to the CISG. (view press release)
