Peru accedes to the “Hamburg Rules”

With its accession to United Nations Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Sea, 1978 (the "Hamburg Rules"), Peru becomes the 35th State Party to the Convention. The Convention will enter into force for Peru on 1 April 2022. (view press release)
