Joint ICSID – UNCITRAL Informal Meeting on Article 4 of the Draft Code of Conduct for Adjudicators in International Investment Disputes

Informal online meeting on 20 January 2022, 12:30 to 2:30 PM (CET)

UNCITRAL Secretariat was requested to present an updated proposal for a revised version of Article 4 of the draft code of conduct, which would reflect the discussions. Accordingly, an initial draft of a new proposed version has been prepared and will be discussed during the 2-hour informal meeting that will be held online - via Zoom, on 20 January 2022 at 12:30 Vienna time, with a view to deepen the understanding of the questions at stake.
