The UNCITRAL Secretariat and the Academic Forum are organizing a webinar on the issue of damages in Investor-State Dispute Settlement. The webinar aims at providing a forum for delegates to discuss potential reform solutions based on papers prepared by the Academic Forum and the UNCITRAL Secretariat.
