Themed “New Era of Global Collaboration”, the International Dispute Resolution Conference 2019 aims to foster discussion on emerging trends in dispute resolution and the impact of the“Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation” on international business environment. The Conference is jointly organised by UNCITRAL, Hong Kong Mediation Centre and International Dispute Resolution & Risk Management Institute in collaboration with the Department of Justice.
