La cinquième Conférence internationale pour une communauté euro-méditerranéenne d'arbitrage international organisée conjointement par la Commission des Nations pour le droit commercial international (CNUDCI), l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE), la Cour de Madrid d'arbitrage (MCA) et le ministère de la Justice d'Espagne, aura lieu les 19 et 20 novembre 2018 à Madrid (Espagne). L’inscription est gratuite pour les représentants de gouvernements ou d’organisations internationales.

UN Commission on International Trade Law finalizes four legal texts during the first week of its 56th Session in Vienna

In the first week of its session the Commission adopted four legal texts: the UNCITRAL Model Provisions on Mediation, the UNCITRAL Guidelines on Mediation for International Investment Disputes, the UNCITRAL Code of Conduct for Arbitrators in International Investment Dispute Resolution, and the UNCITRAL Code of Conduct for Judges in International Investment Dispute Resolution.
