Webinar on "Mediation as a Tool for Conflict Management"

The UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RCAP), the UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee for India (UNCCI), and the Centre of Excellence on ADR (CADR) at the Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University are pleased to invite you to a webinar with the theme "Mediation as a Tool for Conflict Management" on Wednesday 27 May 2020. Speakers from the UNCITRAL Secretariat as well as the government, legal and academic sectors will provide an overview of the Singapore Convention on Mediation and address the pertinent issues of using mediation in resolving commercial disputes in an interactive discussion. The webinar will start with introductory remarks by UNCITRAL RCAP and the moderators, followed by four presentations, and conclude with an open forum discussion and Q&As. Participants may send in questions via a chat line which the moderators will compile and direct to the speakers. Details of the event can be found on the attached flyer.
