The Hong Kong Judicial Conference, co-organized by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, the Department of Justice, Hong Kong SAR, People’s Republic of China, and Asian Academy of International Law, will take place on 4 November 2019 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

联合国国际贸易法委员会（以下简称UNCITRAL）是由联合国大会依据其1966年12月17日第2205（XXI）号决议成立，自此成为联合国系统中国际贸易法领域的核心法律机构。2014年，联合国国际贸易法委员会亚洲及太平洋区域中心设立了联合国国际贸易法委员会亚太日（以下简称“亚太日”），以此纪念这个历史性的决议。

The third inter-sessional regional meeting on ISDS reform will take place in Conakry (Guinea) on 26th September 2019. A capacity building workshop is scheduled to take place on 25th September 2019, at the initiative of the Government of Guinea and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF programme).

今年的会议将以“确保正当性、提高效率:争议解决领域的程序发展及潜在改革”为主题，特别探讨国际争议解决领域中有关平衡正当性及效率的需要的重要议题，务求就现今的ADR发展提供整体性的观点。联合国贸法委秘书长Anna Joubin-Bret 将就投资仲裁的最新议题作专题演讲。
