2019 UNCITRAL RCAP Incheon Law & Business Forum

The inaugural UNCITRAL RCAP Incheon Law & Business Forum, supported by the Ministry of Justice and Incheon Metropolitan City, will be held on 18 September 2019 in Incheon with the theme “Challenges of Doing Business in the Digital Economy In Asia and the Pacific”. The Forum comprises 2 panels on “New Frontiers in the Digital Economy” and “The Changing Legal Landscape”, as well as a roundtable discussion on legal instruments or innovations needed to facilitate international business in the digital economy. This one-day event will provide an excellent opportunity for government officials, legal practitioners, businessmen and other professionals from the Asia Pacific Region to share experience and exchange views on the pertinent issues in relation to the development of the digital economy and discuss the innovations needed in view of the challenges faced.
