Eighth Inter-sessional Meeting
24 to 25 October 2024
The 8th intersessional meeting of UNCITRAL Working Group III will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Chengdu, China on 24 and 25 October 2024. The intersessional meeting will focus on key issues concerning an appellate mechanism and a multilateral instrument on ISDS Reform. At the meeting, panels will engage in in-depth informal discussions aimed at advancing the current reform process and understanding the possible implications of these reforms.
