Ethiopia accedes to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards

With its accession to the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the "New York Convention"), Ethiopia becomes the 165th State Party to the Convention. The Convention will enter into force for Ethiopia on 22 November 2020. (view press release)
