Palau accedes to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards

With its accession to the United Nations Convention the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the "New York Convention"), Palau becomes the 163rd State Party to the Convention. The Convention will enter into force for Palau on 29 June 2020. (view press release)
