At its 43rd session in 2010, the Commission decided to maintain and update, as necessary, lists of international and non-governmental organizations with which UNCITRAL has long-standing cooperation and that have been invited to its sessions. This page hosts these lists in accordance with the Commission’s decision. It also contains an ad hoc list of NGOs and other entities invited exclusively to sessions of Working Group III as it continues its work on investor–State dispute settlement reform. The secretariat updates these lists as necessary, following decisions taken by the Commission at its annual sessions.
