MGIMO UNCITRAL Days 2026

MGIMO University is pleased to announce the international conference MGIMO UNCITRAL Days 2026, dedicated to the work of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

The conference will bring together leading experts from international organizations, government agencies, academia, and arbitration practice to discuss key trends and challenges in international trade law.

Conference program includes:

• Plenary session: Current state of international trade law
• Session 1: Dispute settlement
• Session 2: ISDS reform
• Session 3: Electronic commerce (E commerce)
• Session 4: Insolvency law
• Session 5: UNCITRAL: the view of the young

Among the speakers:

Representatives of the UNCITRAL Secretariat (Ms. Anna Joubin-Bret, Ms. Samira Musayeva, Mr. Neale Bergman, Mr. Alexander Kunzelmann, Mr. Corentin Baslé, and Ms. Nikola Kovacikova), officials from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, leading arbitration practitioners (ICAC, Russian Arbitration Centre, Finnish Arbitration Association), and professors from MGIMO, HSE, Kutafin Moscow State Law University, St. Petersburg State University, Russian School of Private Law, and other institutions.
