Thailand accedes to the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts

Thailand has acceded to the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts (2005) (the “Electronic Communications Convention”). It will enter into force for Thailand on 1 October 2025. Read the full press release here.
