UNCITRAL Days

The UNCITRAL Days are flagship annual series of regional events that the UNCITRAL secretariat co-hosts with universities and institutions of higher learning, discussing issues arising from UNCITRAL’s work. The series is held across the Asia‑Pacific region, Africa, the Arab States, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Transdanubian and Eastern European region.

The UNCITRAL Days are designed to increase awareness of UNCITRAL texts and to encourage study, research and informed discussion on topics related to UNCITRAL’s mandate. They are aimed at, and involve, young legal scholars, law students and young legal professionals, i.e. the next generation of legal practitioners, academics and policymakers, who in their respective capacities may become essential participants in, contributors to, and proponents of the work of UNCITRAL in the future.

Participation in the UNCITRAL Days is free of charge. All activities held in this context are academic in nature.
