The Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships Enters into Force

Today marks the entry into force of the United Nations Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sales of Ships, known as the Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships. The Convention has 34 signatories and, having been ratified by Barbados, El Salvador and Spain, is now in force for those States. Read the full press release here.
