Colombia ratifies the Singapore Convention on Mediation

Colombia has ratified the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation, also known as the “Singapore Convention on Mediation.” The ratification by Colombia was effected on 12 March 2026. Colombia becomes the twenty-second State party to the Singapore Convention on Mediation, which will enter into force for Colombia on 12 September 2026. Read the full press release here.
