Iraq ratifies the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-based Investor State Arbitration

Iraq has ratified the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-based Investor-State Arbitration. Iraq is the ninth State Party to the Convention and it will enter into force for Iraq on 20 February 2022. Read the press release here.
