Mauritius ratifies the Singapore Convention on Mediation

Mauritius has ratified the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation, also known as the “Singapore Convention on Mediation.” The ratification by Mauritius was effected on 17 August 2026. Mauritius becomes the twenty-third State party to the Singapore Convention on Mediation, which will enter into force for Mauritius on 17 February 2027. Read the full press release here.
