Aprobadas por la CNUDMI el 7 de julio de 2003, las recomendaciones legislativas y las disposiciones legales modelo tienen por objeto ayudar al legislador interno en la preparación de un marco legal favorable para los proyectos de infraestructura con financiación privada. Este juego de disposiciones modelo complementa a la Guía legislativa sobre proyectos de infraestructura con financiación privada.
