Adoptées par la CNUDCI le 7 juillet 2003, les recommandations concernant la législation et les dispositions types ont pour objet d'aider les organes législatifs nationaux à mettre en place un cadre législatif favorable aux projets d'infrastructure à financement privé. Elles complètent le Guide législatif de la CNUDCI sur les projets d'infrastructure à financement privé.
